The first cricket of the season!

Hi all,
We have been to the club patched the nets and sorted everything so from Wednesday you can book in for a session with a family member or one other person.
We are starting at 1 session per colt per week and will open it up if they are not used.

There are a lot of rules regarding this from the ECB including insurance etc so we must comply with all the following.

To cover insurance and maintenance only club members are allowed in the nets. So membership for 2020 must be paid, this will however cover an extended season of training and inter club games through to the end of September weather and government permitting.
If given the opportunity, we will schedule as many games as possible with other clubs using both grounds.
We will try to put on as many sessions for all age groups both midweek and weekends as we possibly can.
IF this cannot take place membership will cover the 2021 season.

Membership can be paid online via pitchero only.

1 Colts will be using one lane of the main astro nets only at a time. This is the right hand night which we have cleaned.

2 1 colt and 1 adult per session only, unless it is a family unit.

3 Nets must be booked, you cannot just turn up to use them.

4 The club house, bowling machines etc will not be available. members must bring their own equipment. Please bring your own pop up stumps or plastic stumps for practice. This is to protect members as stumps would need to be disinfected after use.

5 A diary of available slots will be available on the website home page https://www.coggeshalltowncricketclub.com/ and updated daily to book in email iainkinsman@icloud.com

6 Nets will be available from 11am – 6pm

7 sessions will be 45 minutes allowing 15 minutes to clear the nets.

8 A first aid kit is available in the large brown plastic box near to the bbq.

9 The gate will remain locked and the code given to everyone booking. The gate must be locked when you leave unless someone else is at the club.

10 hand sanitiser will be provided at the gates and nets but also please bring your own to be safe.

11 a club rep will be on hand to make sure there is no conflict of appointments

12 please respect social distancing when entering and leaving the nets and the carpark.

Any questions regarding the nets or membership please email iainkinsman@icloud.com

By all means use the club for a walk or play outdoor games while family members are using the nets but please be aware of social distancing if adults are using the nets or the ground staff are working.

Stay safe
Iain & Sam.

Personal 1-2-1 coaching sessions in the nets will also soon be available for colts. These will be bookable and paid directly to the coaches, more details to follow soon.
