First game of the season with some positives to take away.

Thank you to everyone who played and supported us at colchester, a very cold start to the season.
We only had 5 u13’s available and the ones that played up did extremely well against a very strong Colchester side.
Sam fairs made a brilliant 40 not out, a real captains innings and there was some great bowling from Oliver Jullien and Lucien Kinsman. Toby fairs was superb keeping wicket and the general level of fielding was excellent.
It was great to see the younger colts playing up enjoying match.
Although we lost the team played very well and was a great confidence booster for a lot of players at the start of the season.
