A brilliant win today for the U13’s

Allowing Copford to bat first and once Will Monks retired on 50 some great bowling kept the Copford run rate down to finish 117 from 20 overs. The Baldwin brothers, Eamon and Henry bowled well at the Copford middle order and tail to limit the run rate and give us an achievable chase.
Opening pair of captain Patrick Allen and Sam fairs won the game with an excellent partnership of 91 with Sam retiring on 51 and patch out on 42.
Excellent all round fielding and wicket keeping helped us to what in the end was an easy victory.
